I have been modelling for the past few years and have recently re-discovered my love for photography which I haven't really done since I was a teenager. I have decided to give it a go and see where it takes me.
Currently I don't own an SLR, but I do have a fairly good compact camera which I use for all my work at the moment. (please take a look to see what I'm capable of) I always endeavour to take professional quality photos and use minimal editing only as required, unless that is the desired effect of the shot of course.
I thoroughly enjoy being behind the lens (and apparently have an eye for it) so would like to gain more experience and practice as a photographer to see if it's worth my while spending the small fortune for pro-quality kit.
And so, I'm looking for any models who would be willing to do a shoot with me so that I can hone my skills and in return you will receive a copy of all the photos taken on the shoot, plus as many as both you and I choose to have final edits of. The images will not be used for commercial purposes without you permission as this is purely as part of a learning process and to expand our mutual portfolios of work.
I have sourced many possible locations within the Tayside/Angus area and my brain's bursting at the seems with ideas for images! I am also capable of doing hair and make-up if required and do have some outfits to fit women sized 10-14 along with shoes/boots to fit sizes 5-6.5
This would ideally suit models who are just starting out in the industry, or models who are looking for new interesting images to expand their portfolio further and have some fun while doing so.
I am very laid back to work with and as your mood shines through in photos, I like to entertain my models to keep them smiling. I will give direction as and when required, but I also allow my models to input their own ideas and expressions as this can add a lot of sparkle to a shoot.
